ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or surprise costs at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

- United States: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7-14 business days
- Canada & Australia: 7-14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-21 business days

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pristlyne.com.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Pristlyne is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Pristlyne is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@pristlyne.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

All our products are carefully packaged in heavy-duty protective materials. In the rare event your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us so we can assist.
