RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the product price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Undamaged and fully functional
- Returned with all original accessories and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email us at support@pristlyne.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

REFUND PROCESSING

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover all return shipping costs.
- If the return is for personal reasons (changed mind, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:

EXCHANGES

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
